The company periodically conducts advocacy for directors and management regarding insider trading, internal personnel equity-related regulations, and matters that should be noted. For new employees, the HR department will promote the company's code of conduct, management measures, and regulations during new employee training, and incorporate Taiwan Stock Exchange's insider trading prevention materials into the general knowledge courses.
